Make a new one same size as your sig
Then use the polygonal lasso tool and make sides,
get the background eraser tool and erase a bit in the middle then cut it (ctrl+x)
Then play around with the blending options ^_^
Drag your border into your sig and there :D

| It's not always nice to use... especially if you want a clean border... but if you don't really care then it's very convenient :D. |
